Service Design
// Challenge
At the beginning of Open Finance, companies did not know how to apply the available data strategically, as there was no knowledge or references.
// My contribution
Structuring the understanding of Open Finance
Creating a scalable model for applying data to financial products.
// Process and solution
Data Mapping
First of all, in interviews with leaders, I noticed that the understanding of the topic was very low, so I organized and presented the Open Finance data clearly to the product teams.
Structuring Solutions
From these dynamics, I documented more than 130 hypotheses, but the main thing was to understand the application. I synthesized the result of all the usage hypotheses into 14 main actions and usefulness of this data.
// Results
The model was adopted as a reference and guided the development of Open Finance solutions for years. I worked on training teams and implementing the strategy.
// Lessons learned
Open Finance requires active customer engagement, but its true potential lies in data-driven hyper-personalization, something I learned back then and still use today.
